Privacy notice
Scope: whatever a company types into the request form here. Documents, exports and samples are never received, so they fall outside it.

Who is responsible
Sell Company Documents (sellcompanydocuments.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Sell Company Documents is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a local buyer, who pays us for the introduction.
Details we record
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
Why we keep it
We use your details to find a local buyer who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Recipients
Your details go to:
- the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
How long it stays
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.
Your options
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.

Cookies and page counts
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
State privacy rights in the US
A buyer may reward us for an introduction, and some state statutes would describe passing your contact details along in that situation as selling or sharing personal information. You can refuse by email or through the opt-out page linked at the foot of this notice; we note the day your refusal took hold.
Some state laws also let residents see the personal information held about them, fix errors in it or have it deleted, and nobody is treated worse for using those rights. Targeted advertising plays no part here, and we never set out to gather details from children under 16.
Consent records
Lawsuits over calls and texts in the US may be filed long after the event. That is why a note of your consent stays on file for five years: your number, when you gave it, your IP address, which page you were on and the words displayed beside the button. Name and email still leave on the normal schedule above.
Who pays us
Referral fees from buyers fund this site, paid only after a license is signed. Your documents never come to us. Your contact details go to one buyer, the one you approved by name, and to nobody else.
