How does this introduction service work?
A memo goes in, a short list comes back. Your description of the documents is set against each buyer's posted rules, and the ones that fit are named to you. The company stays unnamed to every buyer until you approve one in writing.
What happens once the form is in?
- Reading. Kinds of document, approximate volume, which tools hold them, headcount, head office, and how much personal detail is in there.
- Checking. Every buyer posts its own thresholds for size, region and content. Your answers are held up against those and nothing else.
- Naming. An email lists each buyer that fits with the reason, or says plainly that nobody fits yet.
- Your call. Say yes to a buyer by name and that one buyer receives your contact details plus the description. Say nothing and nothing moves.
What is outside our role?
- Files of any kind: documents, exports and samples never reach us, and we would not open them if they did.
- Money from you, or a guess at what a buyer might pay.
- Bargaining over price or terms, or signing on the company's behalf.
- Buying data. This site is not a lab, a broker or a marketplace either.
How are we paid?
Some buyers publish referral programs: a fee to the person who brought a company in, payable once that company signs. When the introduction was ours, the fee can come to us. Your side of the deal is the same either way, and you are never billed.
Put simply, this is an introduction service, paid (if at all) by the buyer it introduces you to.

Tell us what kind of documents the company holds and roughly how many. We check which buyers’ published rules the collection meets, then tell you who they are.
Note: we make introductions, and the buyer at the other end may pay us for them.
Keep documents, exports, share links and samples to yourself. We work from your description alone.
Filed. Next steps:
- Your answers get compared with every buyer's posted size, region and content rules.
- An email follows, naming each buyer that fits and why, or telling you no buyer fits so far.
- The company's name reaches a buyer only after your yes to that particular buyer.
- Until then, leave the files exactly where they are. Copies are not needed.
